• Cannot resell or distribute the product as is.
• Cannot claim ownership of the product.

3. Prohibited Uses (Applies to All Licenses)

Regardless of the license type, users MAY NOT:
🚫 Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product on other platforms.
🚫 Claim the product as their own.
🚫 Use the product in illegal, defamatory, or harmful ways.
🚫 Use AI or automation to extract parts of the product for resale.

4. Attribution Requirements

Some products may require attribution to the original author. If applicable, you must:

• Provide a visible credit (e.g., "Designed by [Author Name]") in your project.
• Link back to the original product page if used online.

Failure to provide attribution when required may result in license revocation.

5. License Ownership & Transfer

• Licenses are non-transferable. You cannot share, sell, or give your license to another person.
• If a business purchases a license, only that business can use the product under the license terms.

6. Breach of License Terms

If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to:

8. Allowed Download Policy

Each user is allowed to download up to 10 files per day under the free plan.
🔹 Exceeding the daily limit may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
🔹 For unlimited downloads, users can subscribe to one of our premium plans.
🔹 The use of automated software or any unauthorized methods to download files is strictly prohibited.
🔹 The platform reserves the right to modify the download policy as needed.
